Our premise at AthenaDAO is SCIENCE FIRST. Our thesis to advance women’s health is that more scientific R&D leads to more data, which leads to companies that could attract more investors from the lifesciences and potentially more companies with exits to biopharma which would ultimately make the space more interesting as a business. We operate from a place of wanting more abundance. More importantly, and the ultimate goal, all of this leads to more and better options for women’s healthcare.
What we have found is that there is a radical misalignment in well intentioned ideas and desire to help women and science. So many ideas do not make it out the doors because we simply do not have the scientific research to back them. This is the part we focus on at AthenaDAO. So we are very excited to have a Scientific Forum to try to bridge this gap.
